Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Tampa to lead multifamily development projects from planning through closeout. You will manage budgets, bids, and subcontractor selections while coordinating with field teams to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery.

The role requires extensive construction experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with industry tools. A valid driver’s license and safety certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in multifamily or wood frame construction projects.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook; knowledge of Timberline, Bluebeam, Adobe and Onscreen Takeoff.
• Driver’s License required; OSHA 30 hour preferred and First Aid/ AED training preferred.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and on-time project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, buyout scheduling, budget management, and cost control.
• Negotiate contracts and select subcontractors; manage purchase orders and invoicing.
• Prepare scopes of work and solicit bids; review bids with senior management.
• Maintain project budget, forecast costs, and generate monthly draw packages.
• Coordinate with labor, materials, and equipment to meet schedule targets.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with AHJ and contract documents.
