Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily construction efforts from budgeting and buyout through closeout. You’ll coordinate bids, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with quality standards and owner requirements.

Under the direction of the Project Executive, you will monitor costs, schedule, and safety, while communicating with stakeholders and driving project performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field (Ex: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering Technology) preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in multifamily or wood frame construction projects.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of Timberline, Bluebeam, Adobe and Onscreen Takeoff software, a plus.
• Driver’s License Required: Yes
• OSHA 30 hour preferred
• First Aid-AED training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project budgeting and cost control.
• Coordinate buyout scheduling and subcontractor bids.
• Manage contract documents and change orders.
• Ensure safety compliance and site inspections.
• Prepare monthly owner’s reports.
• Maintain project schedule and progress tracking.

Education
