NRP Group is seeking a Project Manager for multifamily construction in Sarasota, FL. You will oversee project budgets, buyout, and cost reporting while coordinating labor, materials, and subcontractors to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Responsibilities include bid review, contract administration, and maintaining the project schedule. Strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and effective stakeholder communication is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil field preferred.
• Experience in multifamily or wood-frame construction preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour or safety certifications a plus.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage project budget, buyout, and cost reporting.
• Coordinate procurement of labor, materials, and equipment.
• Review subcontractor bids, contracts, and change orders.
• Develop and maintain project schedule with regular updates.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with contract documents.
