Job summary

NRP Group seeks a Project Manager for multifamily construction to lead planning, buyout scheduling, budget management, and subcontractor selection on projects in Sarasota/Fort Myers and Tampa.

You will oversee cost control, contract negotiations, change orders, and ensure adherence to quality standards while coordinating with the project team, safety, and owners. 5+ years in multifamily or wood-frame construction preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in multifamily or wood frame construction projects with stable employment history.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of Timberline, Bluebeam, Adobe and Onscreen Takeoff software, a plus.
• OSHA 30 hour preferred; First Aid-AED training preferred; Additional safety certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, buyout scheduling, budget management, and subcontractor selection.
• Prepare scopes of work and assist estimating with bidding and budget reviews.
• Generate and manage project budgets, cost projections, and change orders.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers; ensure timely contract administration and closeout.
