Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in the Tampa, FL area with multi-family construction experience. The role focuses on supporting project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control while ensuring quality and safety standards across projects.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Construction or Civil fields and 3+ years of relevant experience, plus proficiency in Excel/Word/Outlook and familiarity with Timberline/Bluebeam/Onscreen Takeoff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience managing multi-family construction projects.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook; Timberline/Bluebeam/Onscreen Takeoff a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of project activities.
• Support to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage project documentation and reports.
