Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Tampa to lead planning, budgeting, buyout scheduling, and contract negotiations on multifamily projects. You will manage subcontractors, monitor cost performance, and ensure project success from start to finish.

Responsibilities include optimizing resources, maintaining project communications, and guiding teams to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets while controlling costs and ensuring contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil field.
• Preferred 5+ years in multifamily or wood frame construction.
• OSHA 30 hour preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project objectives, budgets, and buyout scheduling.
• Negotiate contracts, coordinate subcontractors, and track costs.
• Maintain weekly budget, forecast accuracy, and change control.
• Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to construction documents.
• Prepare submittals, shop drawings, and manuals for closeout.
• Lead meetings, document decisions, and communicate with stakeholders.
