Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily construction projects from planning through closeout. You will manage budgets, negotiate with subcontractors, and coordinate buyout schedules to keep projects on time and within cost targets.

Strong communication with the project team is essential for success. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field and 5+ years in multifamily or wood-frame construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of multifamily or wood frame construction experience with stable employment history.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook; knowledge of Timberline, Bluebeam, and Onscreen Takeoff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review contract documents and assist in budget preparation and buyout planning.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with subcontractors and suppliers; manage subcontracts.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, change orders, and cost projections.
• Coordinate schedule with project superintendent and scheduling department; monitor progress weekly.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are adhered to per contract requirements.
