Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee budgeting, buyout scheduling, and contract negotiations on multifamily projects. You will coordinate with the project executive and cross‑functional teams to manage costs, schedule, and quality while ensuring safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of multifamily or wood frame construction experience and proficiency with Timberline, Bluebeam, Adobe, and Onscreen Takeoff. A driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of multifamily or wood frame construction experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and construction software tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead project budgeting, cost control, and change management processes.
• Manage buyout scheduling, subcontractor selection, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with project team to meet budget, schedule, and quality goals.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper project documentation and reporting.
