Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead on-site construction of residential communities. You will coordinate field operations, manage safety, scheduling, and quality control, and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and inspectors to meet project goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Construction or Civil field with at least 5 years of multi-family project experience, strong communication, and a proactive, safety‑mocused mindset. Tampa site; full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multi-family construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of site work, utility infrastructure, structural building, mechanical and interior finishes.
• Proficient in MS Office and project scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Organize sequencing of field operations and material staging.
• Prepare project updates, documentation, and related administrative duties.
• Ensure safety and quality control per contract documents and specifications.
• Coordinate permits with municipalities and utility providers.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor relations and progress reporting.
