Job summary

The NRP Group in Tampa, FL is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, and buyouts, while negotiating with subcontractors to ensure cost-effective results and on-time delivery.

As part of the construction team, you will coordinate with stakeholders, monitor quality and safety, and drive efficient procurement. A Bachelor's in Construction or related field and 5+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil field preferred.
• 5+ years of multifamily/wood-frame construction experience.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook; familiarity with budgeting and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project budgeting, buyout scheduling, and cost control.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers; manage procurement.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; ensure on-time completion.
• Coordinate with safety and quality teams to ensure compliance.
