Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support multi-family construction projects nationwide from our Miami, FL team. You will assist with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and document control to ensure projects meet quality, cost, and timeline goals.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil fields and 3+ years of experience managing multi-family builds, plus proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and related construction software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing multi-family construction projects preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook; Timberline, Bluebeam, Adobe and Onscreen Takeoff are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in charting project objectives and plans, setting performance requirements.
• Assist in budgeting, cost management, and keeping the budget up to date.
• Prepare scopes of work and assist estimating with bids.
• Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation with project team.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met on site.
• Maintain documentation of submittals, invoices, and contracts.
