Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily projects from planning through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, buyouts, and subcontractor selection to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the project team, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring quality and safety compliance throughout the lifecycle of the project. A strong background in timber-frame or similar construction is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in multifamily or wood-frame construction projects.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook; Timberline/Bluebeam/Onscreen Takeoff a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, buyout scheduling, budget management, and subcontractor selection.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with subcontractors; manage change orders.
• Maintain project budget, schedule, and procurement to meet milestones.
• Coordinate with safety, design, and field teams to ensure compliance with plans.
