NRP Group in Sarasota, FL seeks an Assistant Project Manager (Construction, Multifamily) to support planning, scheduling, budgeting, and document control on multifamily projects. You’ll assist in the preparation of budgets, bid analysis, and buyout planning, coordinating with design teams and field staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing the construction of multi-family projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting and cost management.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Superintendent and others to meet timelines and budgets.
• Ensure quality and safety standards and proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
