Job summary
The NRP Group LLC in Florida is seeking a Project Manager to lead multifamily construction projects in Sarasota. You will report to the Project Executive or VP of Construction and oversee planning, buyout scheduling, budget control, contract negotiations, subcontractor selection, and project accounting to ensure quality delivery.
Responsibilities include defining project objectives, optimizing resources, coordinating operations, and ensuring clear communication among teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of multifamily or wood frame construction experience.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook; knowledge of Timberline, Bluebeam, Adobe and Onscreen Takeoff is a plus.
- Driver’s License required; OSHA 30 hour and related safety certifications a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, buyout scheduling, and budget management from preconstruction through closeout.
- Negotiate contracts, select subcontractors, and manage project accounting.
- Maintain schedules, review submittals, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with design teams, owners, lenders, and inspectors; prepare monthly cost projections.
