Job summary

NRP Group, Inc. in Florida is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and document control across multifamily construction projects.

Under the direction of the Project Manager, Project Executive or VP of Construction, you will help allocate resources, track costs, prepare contracts and change orders, and ensure quality and safety compliance throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and budgeting abilities.
• Experience supporting project managers and coordinating teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in charting project objectives and plans, setting performance requirements, and selecting project participants.
• Assist in optimal utilization of resources—labor, materials and equipment, and ensure procurement at cost-effective terms.
• Assist in development of effective communications and mechanisms for resolving conflicts among participants.
• Assist in ensuring quality standards and compliance with project documents and AHJ requirements.
