Zusammenfassung

The NRP Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support multifamily construction projects from planning through closeout. You’ll assist with scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and change management, ensuring cost control and timely delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will work under the supervision of a Project Manager or VP of Construction, coordinating with subcontractors, internal teams, and stakeholders to meet project objectives and client expectations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in budgeting and cost control for multi-family projects.
• Ability to prepare and manage project budgets and change orders.

Aufgaben

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Support contract administration and procurement with bids and buyout tracking.
• Help maintain project budgets, cost reporting, and buyout schedules.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety, and AHJ requirements.
• Coordinate schedule updates and continuous communication with stakeholders.
