Job summary

Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations under the Area Director. The GM will drive financial performance, manage supervisors and hourly TEAM Members, and align with our core values and TSFR Roadmap.

Prior AGM or GM experience and completion of Apple II Management training are preferred. Responsibilities include managing guest experience, staff performance, training, and ensuring compliance with policies and budgets while actively

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• Proven leadership and multi-unit restaurant management experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen and P&L accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational performance and human capital at the location.
• Ensures prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines.
• Maintains inventory levels and ensures product quality to standards.
• Develops managers and TEAM Members; conducts reviews and coaching.
• Executes safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
• Manages recruitment, training, and staff scheduling.
