Job summary

TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants seeks a General Manager for an Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar location. You will oversee operations, financial performance, and human capital (Managers and hourly TEAM Members), while aligning with the TSFR Roadmap and Core Values.

Prior AGM or GM experience and completion of Apple II Management training are preferred. The role emphasizes leadership, guest experience, community involvement, and ongoing development of management teams within a national chain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and guest experience with P&L responsibility.
• Lead and develop Managers and hourly TEAM Members; conduct regular performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, safety and sanitation standards; manage budgets and maintenance.
