OTG Management, Inc. is seeking an Operations Director for our Newark airport operations (EWR). This senior role oversees restaurant and market operations, staffs, and project manages airport initiatives to deliver results.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or Culinary Arts, 3–5 years of senior multi-unit management, and strong P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality, business, or culinary arts.
• 3–5 years of senior managerial experience in multi-unit concepts.
• Proficient knowledge of P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong project management skills.
• Commitment to service of others, crew and leaders.
• Demonstrated dependability, leadership, and OTG values.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; Excel skills.
• Ability to train, delegate, coach, and develop crewmembers and leaders.
• Flexible hours, days, and holidays; ability to clear background checks.
