Job summary

Engineering Systems Inc. (ESi) is seeking a Safety Manager to lead their health and safety program nationwide.

This vital role will work closely with leadership, employees, and Site Safety Coordinators to ensure effective and compliant safety practices across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of progressive occupational health and safety experience, particularly in multi-site environments, and will be responsible for developing safety training, conducting compliance

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of progressive occupational health and safety experience required.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety policies essential.
• Ability to balance regulatory compliance with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESi's health and safety program across all locations.
• Provide safety training and guidance to Site Safety Coordinators.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits for compliance.
• Develop and implement safety practices tailored to ESi's needs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety laws.
