This role requires training Site Safety Coordinators nationwide and ensuring regulatory compliance in a dynamic consultancy environment. You’ll review incidents, support root-cause analyses, and develop corrective actions while balancing safety, client requirements, and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety or related field required.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA standards and safety policies.
• Experience balancing compliance with client needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead health and safety program across locations.
• Transform regulatory requirements into practical procedures.
