Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive occupational health and safety experience.
• Experience managing a multi-site safety program.
• Strong ability to balance regulatory compliance, client requirements, employee safety, and business needs.
• Experience advising leaders on safety decisions.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Build a practical, sustainable safety training path for the firm.
• Provide safety leadership balancing compliance, risk, and client expectations.
• Serve as main safety contact for questions and requirements.
• Train and coach Site Safety Coordinators nationwide.
• Review and develop safety practices and procedures.
• Ensure OSHA recordkeeping and reporting completion.
