Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive occupational health and safety experience.
- Experience advising leaders on practical safety decisions.
- Experience in professional services, engineering, consulting, or field-services environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a practical safety training path for the firm.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and client requirements; drive corrective actions.
- Review incident reports and support root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate safety planning, audits, and site safety coordination nationwide.
