The ideal candidate has 7+ years in occupational safety, expertise in OSHA standards, and the ability to drive proactive safety improvements across a multi-site organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Health & Safety or related field is required.
• 7+ years of progressive health and safety experience, multi-site preferred.
• Experience advising leaders and making practical safety decisions.
• Experience in professional services, engineering, consulting, or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape the firm-wide safety training path with Senior Leadership.
• Provide safety direction balancing compliance, risk, and client expectations.
• Serve as primary contact for safety questions across projects and locations.
