Vivmark Residential in California is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join the extraordinary leasing team at one of our apartment communities. You will manage daily leasing operations and deliver luxury living experiences through personalized tours and attentive service.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of leasing or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with property management software and MS Office. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in leasing or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Knowledge of fair housing laws.

Responsabilités

• Conduct tours and lease presentations to prospective residents.
