Townsquare Media Group is hiring a Senior Multi-Media Account Executive in the local market. You will serve as a trusted advisor to high-value clients, developing strategic marketing campaigns and leveraging your network to grow revenue across broadcast, digital, and events.

In this role you will guide clients through complex buying decisions, collaborate across departments to ensure campaign success, and mentor others while aiming to exceed revenue targets.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in media, marketing, or advertising.
• Proven track record of quota overachievement and strategic new business wins.
• Strong relationships with local business owners and decision-makers.

• Own and manage a book of business focusing on new revenue generation.
• Leverage your network to drive opportunities and close high-impact deals.
• Conduct high-level client discovery meetings and present custom, insight-led solutions.
• Lead strategic planning across integrated campaigns including broadcast, digital, events, and sponsorships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and act as a subject matter expert within the sales organization.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
