Schneider Electric is seeking a Principal, Multi-Channel Field Sales to lead the growth of its channel partner network and drive Field Device business across North America. The role combines strategic account management with field sales to advance efficiency and sustainability solutions.

You will develop demand for Instrumentation, work with district sales and product teams, and push for portfolio penetration in strategic markets while shaping business cases for strategic initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of sales leadership in industrial automation.
• Degree in business management, engineering, science or equivalent preferred.
• Understanding of Process Automation and its applications.
• Interest in emerging technology segments (Semi-Conductor, Data Centers, Pharma/BioTech).
• Relationships with C-level executives within strategic markets.

• Develop demand for Instrumentation portfolio across new and existing markets aligned to strategic objectives.
• Interface with district sales and business leads to implement account strategies.
• Improve process automation portfolio penetration with new solutions and services.
