In this remote role based in the United States, you will influence senior stakeholders, create scalable playbooks, and help shape US digital channel strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, business, sales, eCommerce, analytics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in sales, key account management, eCommerce, or related field.
• Proven track record owning strategic customer relationships and delivering measurable growth through digital channels.
• Experience developing and leading cross-functional commercial and marketing action plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital sales and ecommerce growth strategy, annual plan, and roadmap for assigned strategic channel accounts.
• Lead joint business planning with account sales leaders and customer executives.
• Identify and develop new digital growth opportunities across assortment expansion, digital shelf, online merchandising, traffic, and conversion.
• Build executive relationships within accounts and position Schneider Electric as a digital growth partner.
• Provide strategic recommendations on channel dynamics, pricing, and go-to-market evolution while managing risks.
