Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a customer-obsessed leader to drive success for our MuleSoft enterprise customers. You will be the accountable partner coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Sales to maximize adoption and ROI across API-led connectivity.

You will orchestrate adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and present ROI to senior stakeholders while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver long-term value realization.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or related roles with enterprise accounts.
• Proven track record influencing senior executives and strategic tech decisions.
• Deep knowledge of integration architectures and API-led patterns.
• Experience with MuleSoft or similar iPaaS platforms and driving adoption.
• History of expanding platform usage and driving iACV.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of accountability for complex MuleSoft enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Sales to drive adoption and expansion.
• Manage customer ROI, adoption roadmaps, and value realization.
• Build executive relationships with CIO/CTO and other leaders.
• Identify new use cases and reduce adoption barriers across the enterprise.
• Partner with Sales for renewals and expansion opportunities.
