Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a MuleSoft Success Architect to drive outcomes for Signature customers by applying MuleSoft expertise in integration, API design, and enterprise architecture. You’ll engage with executives and technical teams to optimize architecture, performance, and solution design across multi-cloud environments.

You will mentor teams, develop assets for engagements, and build strong partnerships to deliver value, scale solutions, and ensure customer success through MuleSoft capabilities.

Qualifications

• Broad API/integration patterns and trends.
• Significant hands-on MuleSoft experience in large deployments.
• Certified MuleSoft expert with knowledge of Anypoint Platform capabilities.
• Expert in performance, scaling, DevOps and containerization including Kubernetes.
• Ability to evaluate architecture and suggest improvements leveraging MuleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Become a MuleSoft SME for Success Architect orgs and cross-cloud solutions.
• Engage with Signature Success customers to optimize technical architecture and design.
• Develop delivery and discovery assets aligned with the SA engagement catalog for MuleSoft.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to drive growth.
