Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a MuleSoft Success Architect to drive successful outcomes for our strategic customers by leveraging deep MuleSoft expertise. You will partner with Enterprise Architects, CTOs/CIOs, and business stakeholders to optimize API-driven integrations and enterprise architectures using Anypoint Platform.

You’ll lead delivery assets, mentor teams, and collaborate across multiple streams to ensure security, scalability, and performance.

Qualifications

• Broad perspective on API and integration patterns, use cases, technologies, and trends.
• Significant experience as MuleSoft practitioner with hands-on large-scale deployments.
• Certified MuleSoft expert with deep knowledge of Anypoint Platform.
• Expert in Performance, Scaling, DevOps and Containerization including Kubernetes.
• Able to evaluate architecture and infrastructure to identify needs and propose MuleSoft-based improvements.
• Proven track record guiding Enterprise Architects and business stakeholders with best practices for security, governance, etc.
• Ability to mentor diverse teams using influence and communication skills.
• Comfortable multitasking across parallel work streams and changing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, proactive and self-starting attitude.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and defend different approaches.

Responsibilities

• Become a MuleSoft SME for the Success Architect org and related enterprise architecture topics.
• Engage with Signature Success customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for architecture, dev/ops, performance and MuleSoft design.
• Develop delivery and discovery assets aligned with the SA engagement catalog for MuleSoft customers.
• Build strong internal and external partnerships to drive broader goals and growth.
