Job summary

TeamLogic IT, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled MSP Level 3 Technician to join our team, delivering top-tier IT support to SMBs. You will handle complex issues, design robust networks, and mentor junior techs in a dynamic IT environment.

The role requires extensive knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity best practices, with strong customer service and project management skills. Travel to client sites and after-hours support may be needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support, MSP experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field preferred.
• Certifications such as Network+/CCNA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for servers, networks, and software.
• Design, implement, and manage robust network solutions for clients.
• System maintenance, patching, backups, and monitoring.
• Interact with clients to understand needs and propose solutions.
• Lead IT projects and coordinate with vendors.
• Create and maintain client environment documentation.
• Mentor Level 1/2 technicians and provide training.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity standards.
• Provide on-call support after-hours as needed.
