Pinnacle Group is seeking a leader to drive the strategy and end-to-end delivery of a complex enterprise MSP program across multiple units, suppliers, and stakeholders. You will oversee governance, financials, and service delivery, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.

You will mentor teams, manage staff augmentation and SOW engagements, and partner with procurement, finance, HR, and business leadership to optimize cost, compliance, and performance.

Formación

• 7–10+ years of MSP/contingent workforce management experience.
• Experience leading a large-scale enterprise MSP or CW program.
• Hands-on governance of Staff Augmentation and SOW engagements.
