Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a senior leader to drive the strategy and end-to-end delivery of a complex enterprise MSP program spanning multiple business units, suppliers, and stakeholder groups. You will oversee governance, performance, and financial controls to ensure service delivery.

You will build relationships with executives across Procurement, Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leadership, directing workforce planning and supplier management to optimize cost and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of MSP/contingent workforce experience.
  • Experience leading a large-scale enterprise MSP or CW program.
  • Experience with Staff Augmentation and SOW models, governance, and financials.
  • Strong understanding of contingent workforce strategy and program governance.
  • Experience with VMS platforms and executive-level presentations.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced analytics or automation experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and end-to-end delivery of a complex MSP program across multiple units and suppliers.
  • Oversee governance, supplier performance, and financial controls within staff augmentation and SOW engagements.
  • Build relationships with executive and operational stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, HR, TA, and business leadership.
  • Direct workforce planning, supplier management, PO administration, invoicing, and cost allocation.
  • Establish and lead program governance, steering committees, and performance reporting.
  • Evaluate workflows for funding, approvals, POs, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Utilize workforce data and market intelligence to identify cost optimization opportunities.
  • Drive achievement of SLAs/KPIs with strong risk, governance, and documentation controls.
  • Lead program transformation initiatives including VMS optimization and automation.
  • Provide mentorship to PM, Operations, Supplier Management, Contracts, and Analytics teams.

Job Summary
  • Lead the strategy and end-to-end delivery of a complex enterprise MSP program spanning multiple business units, workforce categories, suppliers, and stakeholder groups.
  • Oversee program operations across Staff Augmentation and SOW engagements, including governance, supplier performance, commercial processes, financial controls, and service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive and operational stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leadership.
  • Direct workforce planning, supplier management, purchase order administration, invoicing, financial approvals, cost allocation, compliance, and program operations.
  • Establish and lead program governance, including executive steering committees, QBRs, MBRs, operational reviews, performance reporting, and escalation management.
  • Evaluate and optimize workflows involving project funding, approvals, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, exception management, and other workforce-related financial processes.
  • Leverage program analytics, market intelligence, benchmarking, and workforce data to identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, service enhancements, and program growth.
  • Drive achievement of contractual SLAs and KPIs while maintaining strong controls around compliance, risk management, documentation, and operational governance.
  • Lead program transformation initiatives involving VMS optimization, automation, analytics, AI-enabled workforce technologies, and process standardization.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Program Management, Operations, Supplier Management, Contracts, Analytics, and other supporting teams while serving as the escalation point for complex client and supplier matters.
Qualifications
  • 7–10+ years of experience in MSP, contingent workforce management, workforce solutions, procurement, professional services, or a related environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a large-scale, complex enterprise MSP or contingent workforce program.
  • Significant hands-on experience managing both Staff Augmentation and Statement of Work (SOW) engagement models, including governance, supplier management, commercial processes, operational workflows, and financial administration.
  • Strong understanding of contingent workforce strategy, MSP operations, supplier ecosystems, workforce planning, financial controls, and enterprise program governance.
  • Experience working with VMS platforms such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, or comparable contingent workforce technologies.
  • Proven ability to develop program strategy, identify optimization opportunities, and deliver measurable improvements in service quality, cost, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to translate complex program data into actionable recommendations and executive-level presentations.
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders across multiple business functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence, analytics, automation, or workforce technology platforms are a plus.
