Job summary

Pinnacle Group seeks an experienced MSP/VMS Finance Implementation Lead to own the financial workstream for new MSP/VMS deployments. This role translates client financial requirements into scalable MSP/VMS configurations and end-to-end processes, partnering across Finance, Procurement, HR, Technology, and suppliers.

The position demands expertise in time/expense processing, invoicing, supplier payments, and financial reporting, with hands-on SIT/UAT and go-live execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in MSP, VMS, contingent workforce, or related financial implementations.
• Experience designing financial processes for complex programs.
• Strong understanding of time & expense, rate cards, fees, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Experience leading financial systems implementations and testing/UAT.
• Experience with leading VMS platforms (SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, Workday VNDLY) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial requirements discovery and design for new MSP/VMS implementations.
• Design end-to-end financial operating model, including invoicing, payments, and reporting.
• Own finance workstream for SIT/UAT and end-to-end financial testing and validation.
• Lead steady-state financial operations design and handover to MSP Operations.
• Governance and controls to align with contracts and financial policies.
