Job summary

Mee Derby & Company is seeking a Global Program Director to lead a large-scale MSP program from the Philadelphia area. The role requires the senior onsite presence to drive strategy, execution, and continuous optimization across regions and supplier networks.

You will interact with C-suite stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, HR, and Business Units, shaping workforce solutions and governance for enterprise-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in Workforce Solutions, MSP, RPO, Procurement, or Management Consulting with significant Global MSP leadership experience.
• Proven track record managing enterprise-level, multi-country MSP programs with complex stakeholder environments.
• Deep expertise in global contingent workforce strategy, operations and delivery management, and VMS technologies (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline).
• Strong understanding of regional labor laws, compliance, and risk mitigation within contingent workforce programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary global program owner, leading a complex MSP engagement spanning multiple geographies, business units, and supplier networks.
• Drive global delivery and operations, including workforce planning, invoicing and financial approvals, supplier optimization, compliance, and program compliance.
• Partner with executive stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition) to align MSP delivery with enterprise-wide workforce and financial strategies.
• Lead end-to-end MSP operations, ensuring consistency and scalability across regions (NA, EMEA, APAC as applicable).
• Establish and maintain global governance frameworks, including executive steering committees, QBRs, MBRs, and operational cadences.
• Oversee and optimize processes and operational excellence, including workflow approvals, finance approvals, purchase order lifecycle, invoice approvals and error management, cost allocation and project funding.
• Drive data-driven decision making, leveraging analytics, market intelligence, and benchmarking to evolve program strategy.
• Identify and implement cost savings and cost avoidance strategies across geographies while maintaining service quality and compliance.
