Job summary

Personified is seeking a Senior Technical Programs Manager to serve as the trusted partner for mission-driven clients, delivering IT and cybersecurity support with clear communication and reliable solutions.

You will lead complex initiatives from scoping through execution, define requirements, and own timelines across internal and external teams, reporting to the VP of Technical Programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• 3+ years in account management with high-stakes projects.
• Experience working at or with an MSP.
• PM tools proficiency (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Serve as account manager and primary contact for mission-driven clients.
• Lead and manage complex technical client service projects from scoping to execution.
• Maintain records of projects, deliverables, issues, risks, decisions, and schedules.
• Collaborate with VP of Technical Programs and Director of Client Success to improve operations.
• Support ad hoc initiatives and drive efficiency and scalability across teams.
