• Experience resolving Level 3 escalations involving complex server, network, and infrastructure issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior-level escalation resource for complex infrastructure and systems issues.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced technical problems escalated from Level 1/2 support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, authentication, and performance issues.
