Job summary

Crown Computers, a San Diego MSP with a strong ConnectWise presence and a growing CMMC practice, is hiring a remote senior engineer for US-only work. You will own Tier 3 escalations across a multi-tenant client base, lead solution architecture for M365, Entra ID, Intune/Autopilot, and Windows Server, and manage client projects from scoping to handoff.

Responsibilities include writing SOWs, building Intune deployment standards, and turning repeat escalations into training material for L1/L2.

Qualifications

• Extensive MSP or multi-client experience.
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects end-to-end.
• Ability to scope, propose, and write SOWs and present tradeoffs.
• CMMC/800-171 exposure is a plus; willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Own Tier 3 escalations across multi-tenant clients.
• Architect and lead end-to-end infrastructure projects.
• Write SOWs and deployment standards for Intune/M365.
• Create documentation and training for L1/L2 teams.
