Job summary

Prosper Solutions, a veteran-owned MSP, seeks a Tier 3 Senior Systems Engineer to lead complex escalations and manage Microsoft 365/Azure across multiple client environments. The role combines hands-on administration, project delivery, and onsite service, mentoring staff and helping design secure technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive IT services, systems administration, or infrastructure engineering.
• Experience supporting multiple client environments, preferably within an MSP.
• Advanced, hands-on Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access, and security controls.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and hybrid identity.
• Hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure and cloud/on-premises environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Configure Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, and hybrid identity.
• Administer endpoints via Intune, including Autopilot and compliance policies.
• Implement Defender and Purview according to client requirements.
• Resolve complex email delivery and collaboration issues.
• Support M365 migrations, tenant assessments, and security improvements.
• Administer Azure VMs, networking, storage, access controls, monitoring, and backups.
• Use PowerShell for administration and automation.
• Perform onsite assessments, installations, migrations, and post-deployment support.
