Qualifications

• MSP experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues with thorough documentation.
• Engage with clients to understand environments, analyze challenges, and maintain clear communication.
• Manage routine maintenance including updates, patch management, and system optimizations.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve client systems and operations.
• Implement security controls (firewalls, encryption, access management) to protect data and infrastructure.
