Job summary

Solvere One is seeking System Administrators to support client environments, resolve complex issues, and implement secure IT solutions. Travel within Northern Virginia and the DC Metro area is required, and onsite support is common.

You will document resolutions and communicate effectively with clients, reporting to the CTO. Strong Windows, Mac, Office 365, and AD/GPO experience is essential, with familiarity in ConnectWise and cloud platforms a plus.

Qualifications

• Candidates should diagnose and resolve complex IT issues for client environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Office 365 administration.
• Ability to design and implement secure, stable solutions and document them.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex user and system problems.
• Provide onsite support at client offices and remote assistance when needed.
• Escalate and scope projects; communicate solutions to clients.
• Create detailed documentation of resolutions and maintain PSA records.
• Travel within Northern Virginia and DC Metro area as required.
