Job summary

Technical Adventures LLC is seeking a Systems Administrator in New Jersey to tackle escalated technical issues, provide onsite support, and assist with project tasks for a diverse MSP client base.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and server problems, perform on-site maintenance, and collaborate with senior engineers on deployments and migrations while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of IT support experience, preferably in an MSP.
• Proficient in Windows Server & Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Azure AD).
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VoIP).

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated help desk tickets related to hardware, software, networking, and server infrastructure.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting, hardware installations, and system maintenance at client locations.
• Assist senior engineers with server deployments, network upgrades, and migrations.
• Provide on-site training and user support; document tasks and resolutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients and maintain professional relationships.
