Job summary

Hanger, Inc. seeks a Manager of MRP & Supply Planning to lead the master production schedule and MRP execution using Oracle. You will coordinate with cross-functional leaders, optimize inventory, and drive SIOP initiatives across multiple facilities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with operations and engineering to ensure demand fulfillment while maximizing capacity and efficiency. A strong background in manufacturing planning and data analytics is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment utilizing an MRP.
• Experience leading a team across multiple sites.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, master scheduling, and MRP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a master production schedule (MPS) aligned with demand forecasts and capacity.
• Lead MRP execution using Oracle to ensure timely materials availability.
• Manage and support MRP buyers across sites; resolve shortages and develop sourcing strategies.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while maintaining service levels.
• Identify capacity bottlenecks and collaborate with operations to resolve.
