Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is seeking a Manager, MRP & Supply Planning to drive the Master Production Schedule and lead Oracle-based MRP across Hanger’s sites. You will optimize inventory, collaborate with operations and engineering, and support strategic SIOP initiatives.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, data-driven planning, and continuous improvement to meet customer demand and maximize capacity utilization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment with MRP experience.
• Experience leading a team across multiple sites.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, MRP, BOM, and capacity planning.
• Proficiency with Oracle Master Scheduling/MRP and Supply Chain Planning modules.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a master production schedule (MPS) aligned with demand and capacity.
• Lead MRP execution using Oracle to ensure material availability.
• Support MRP buyers across all sites; resolve shortages and source alternatives.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels to minimize costs while meeting service levels.
• Assess capacity needs and identify bottlenecks with ops and engineering teams.
• Partner with clinic leadership to consolidate outsourced product volumes.
• Generate reports on inventory and production performance for continuous improvement.
• Champion SIOP process improvements and planning tool enhancements.
