Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in a global production/manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in MRP and maintaining planning signals.
• Solid understanding of supply chain concepts.
• APICS certification would be a plus.
• Proficiency with Oracle EBS/ASCP and other ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to train others.
• Willing to relocate or commute to Rochester, NH.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines with customers and contracts.
• Drive accuracy of MRP signals to ensure smooth production and inventory flow.
• Partner with Operations to resolve issues and maintain schedule.
• Monitor schedules, track performance, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Identify end-of-life inventory and manage new product implementations.
• Leverage data from multiple systems to deliver analytics to leadership.
• Act as escalation point and drive cross-functional solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce costs and boost efficiency.
• Provide guidance on Oracle ASCP to elevate planning capabilities.
• Support 5S standards and safety procedures.
