Job summary

Talent With Heart seeks a seasoned Principal Planner in Rochester, NH to lead cross-functional supply chain activities at a 24/7 manufacturing facility. You will manage master scheduling, inventory planning, and release of work orders, partnering with Operations to resolve issues and keep production on track.

You will leverage Oracle EBS/ASCP to optimize planning signals, drive continuous improvement, and mentor the Planning team on data analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in MRP, maintaining accurate planning signals and policy compliance.
Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts and best practices across manufacturing environments.
APICS certification is a plus and preferred for planning leadership.
Proficiency with Oracle EBS/ASCP and similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Own critical supply chain deadlines and align with customer expectations and contracts.
Boost accuracy of MRP signals to ensure smooth production flow and compliance.
Collaborate with Operations to resolve constraints and keep manufacturing on track.
Monitor schedules and risks, mitigating potential delays proactively.
