Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. seeks a Principal Planner to drive end-to-end supply chain planning at a 24/7 NH manufacturing facility. You will manage master scheduling, inventory planning, and production releases while coordinating with Operations to meet contractual commitments and deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in multinational manufacturing, deep MRP expertise, and proficiency with Oracle EBS/ASCP. Relocation assistance is available; strong bonus and 401(k) match are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; equivalent experience considered.
10+ years in a global manufacturing environment.
Strong expertise in MRP and planning signals with policy compliance.
APICS certification would be a plus.
Proficiency with Oracle EBS and ASCP.
Comfortable training others on ERP and office applications.

Responsibilities

Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines aligned with contracts.
Drive accuracy of MRP signals to support production and inventory flow.
Collaborate with Operations to resolve constraints and keep manufacturing on track.
Monitor schedules, track performance, and mitigate delivery risks.
Lead continuous improvement to reduce costs and boost supply chain performance.
Provide analytics and leadership with data insights.
Train team on Oracle ASCP and related planning tools.
Follow 5S standards and safety procedures.
