Unknown company in Rochester, NH is seeking a Principal Planner to lead cross-functional supply chain activities at a 24/7 manufacturing facility. The role focuses on master scheduling, inventory planning, and coordinating with Operations to meet contractual commitments.

The ideal candidate has extensive MRP experience, ERP proficiency (Oracle EBS/ASCP), and a proven track record in manufacturing environments. Relocation support is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 10+ years of experience working for a global company in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
• Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts.
• APICS certification would be a plus.
• Proficiency with Oracle EBS, including ASCP.
• Comfortable training others on manufacturing and Office applications.
• Prior work in an Agile environment.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willing to relocate or commute to Rochester, NH; local candidates preferred.
• Must pass drug and background checks.
• U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident required.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines aligned with customer expectations and contractual commitments.
• Drive accuracy of MRP signals to support production and inventory flow.
• Partner with Operations and Production to resolve issues and keep manufacturing on track.
• Monitor schedules and mitigate risks to delivery timelines.
• Identify and manage end-of-life inventory and new product implementations for programs.
• Leverage data from multiple systems to deliver analytics to leadership and train team members.
• Act as escalation point within Planning to influence cross-functional solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
• Provide guidance on Oracle ASCP to elevate planning capabilities.
• Participate in and sustain 5S standards.
• Follow all Safety and ISO procedures.
