Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced Principal Planner for a 24/7 Rochester, NH manufacturing site. You will coordinate master scheduling, inventory planning, and orders with Operations, while ensuring contractual commitments are met.

The role emphasizes process improvement, data-driven analytics, and cross-functional leadership across Operations and Planning. Eligible candidates reside near Rochester or relocate with company assistance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in a global production/manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in MRP and planning signals with policy compliance.
• Strong understanding of supply chain concepts.
• APICS certification would be a plus.
• Experience with Oracle EBS/ASCP preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines and contractual commitments.
• Drive accuracy of MRP signals to support production and inventory flow.
• Partner with Operations to resolve issues and keep manufacturing on track.
• Monitor schedules, track performance, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Provide guidance on Oracle ASCP to elevate planning capabilities.
